Is cracked mortar serious?
Sometimes cosmetic, sometimes the first sign of movement or water intrusion — the honest answer is you can't tell from the sidewalk. Stair-step patterns, bulging and dampness inside are the escalation signs. We'll look for free and tell you straight if it can wait.
Can you match my existing brick and mortar?
Yes. We color-match mortar as standard, and for brick replacement we source matching units — the goal is a repair you have to hunt for. For historic brick we also match mortar hardness so the wall ages correctly.
Do you handle small repairs?
